ABOUT ME
I’ve spent my career working with individuals facing challenges such as chronic mental health issues, military-related stress, incarceration, homelessness, trauma, and substance use. Through these experiences, I’ve learned that while we can't always control the circumstances life throws at us, we can take control of the story we tell about our lives. My approach focuses on helping clients build resilience, take ownership of their journey, and embrace self-love. I’m here to provide real support, not false hope, guiding you toward living your most authentic life and empowering you to rise above adversity.

MY PROCESS
I am here to serve people from all walks of life, regardless of their gender identity and sexuality. Currently I specialize both in working with couples and individuals facing relationship challenges and in personalized one and one sessions. I take a holistic approach while utilizing my clinical experience. I use evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman Theory and practices, and psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness practices, and other modalities to create individualized and productive treatment plans. My goal is to help couples and individuals better understand themselves so they can embrace self-love and in turn support their loved ones. The relationships we choose to engage in are valued parts of our identity and life contentment. I am devoted to creating space for couples and individuals to explore innerself in a safe and supportive environment.
Book an appointment
I offer one free 30 minute phone consultation for each individual patient or joint couple. Sessions can be in person or virtual. I work to create a treatment plan focused on clients’ goals. The typical treatment plan is 12 to 16 sessions, however this can vary depending on clients needs.
